Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, managing accounts, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product features and benefits
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
